In this article, we present the findings from a survey with professional stakeholders in the building industry. We wanted to understand their experience of digital tools used in their work, and their opinion of the proposed tools that we will develop in the CHRONICLE project. CHRONICLE will be presented as part of the Next Gen EPC cluster’s session at the European Sustainable Energy Week 2024! This policy session, taking place on the 11th of June, addresses the EU-wide transposition and practical implementation challenges of the EPBD Recast.

The Smart Readiness Indicator joint event was a unique opportunity to discuss the smart readiness of European buildings. Expert talks featured speakers representing building professionals, asset managers, regulators, assessors and others exchanging on the building smartness streamlining. The subsequent panel discussion dealt with the technical frameworks and procedural intricacies of the SRI Audit procedure.
CHRONICLE was presented at the webinar ‘Building Tomorrow: Navigating the Future with BIM-Driven Digitalization’ organised by openDBL, CHRONICLE and DigiBUILD. The webinar explored how to enhance building potential by leveraging on smart technologies.
The 4th Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) workshop is organised by a group of sister projects working in the field of Next Gen EPCs. This workshop is exclusively for consortium members of the involved projects.
